Great breakfast, with fruits, juice, coffee, and bread, and great location in Cartagena. Nice staff and very pleasant.

Very Good

Ms Martha and her staff were absolutely fantastic, friendly and helpful at all times. The location is very good, in Getsemaní on a quiet street but very close to the main restaruant and bar area. Being on a quieter street made sleeping easier. There is good AC and fan in the room so again it was comfortable to sleep. Everything was spotlessly clean and towels changed every day.

Exc location and has all the basics for a short stay, where you don't plan to stay much in your room.

exc location! right in the middle of the main tourist areas, everything can be reached within a short walk, or a 15-20min walk tops. the breakfast it included was great. room had a/c.

tried contacting them ahead of our arrival and never received an answer. due to the location of our room, we had no internet access while in it. the main electrical socket in the room was very loose and made charging things difficult.

The hotel is located very close to the center of Cartagena - everything is in a walk distance. The lady on the reception was very kind and really very helpful - not only that she showed us where to go and what to visit, she also helped us to solve issue with bus tickets. We appreciated it very much.

room was small and there was a strange smell. there was no bedside table or lamp. No window in the bathroom just open grating to roof Terrance and cats were making a lot of noise there. The roof terrace was bare and ugly.

It was fine. The price does not adjust to what the property offers

The staff was great, very helpful and friendly. The location was also great and away from the noisy areas

The comfort and cleanness. The price we paid didn’t adjust to what we got. We stayed in another hotel in the city centre for half of the price we paid in this hotel and the rooms where about the same. It is just a Cartagena’s issue of not standardising the prices and charging a lot for things that are not worth it that money. I don’t mind to pay a high price but was expecting a better value for money.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The beds were comfortable.

The bathroom walls must be very thin because we could hear our neighbors as if they were in the room with us. This only happened in the bathroom though.

Fine for what it was.

The location was perfect and the breakfast was basic but fine.. The rooms are extremely basic and small and no real hot water , just tepid. The air conditioning worked good. The hotel was quiet so overall we were happy but expensive compared to other spots we stayed in Columbia.. Enjoyed our stay though.

Enjoyable and adequate but don’t expect to be in the lap of luxury.

Location and nice airy feel to the building. Enjoyed the breakfasts on the ‘roof terrace’

The rooms were small and basic, but they were adequate. This was Cartagena on a high season weekend so I am realistic. I would perhaps go elsewhere next time around.

Good value for money in an amazing location. Not very clean

Location is great and the price is very reasonable compared to everything else around.

It really is an old building and you can tell that it hasn’t been maintained really well. The bedpost has stains and the overall cleanness is questionable.
